Echo Language School is housed at Sefton Place, a beautiful country house and garden located in the South Downs National Park, just a 15-minute walk along the river path to Arundel town centre.

We are a small residential school and so we can offer a safe, comfortable, well-monitored environment, day and night, allowing students to concentrate on building their language skills.

Facilities

On the ground floor there are a number of sitting rooms, a large dining room, an office, two toilets, the kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Upstairs there are nine further bedrooms, each with their own bathroom which accommodate between 2-5 students.

Recreation

Students eat together, along with the teachers. They are free to use the light and spacious rooms in the house, and of course the large garden, to enjoy their free time playing games, reading, watching films, talking, studying, playing music, socialising and relaxing… and all in English, all the time.

The house and gardens have good WiFi coverage and we offer extensive book, film and games libraries along with access to games consoles.

Food

The cuisine is international, and of a very high standard, and of course we cater for special diets. In a recent external audit, the food was classified as ‘of exceptional quality’. Snacks such as fruit and toast are available outside lesson times, as are tea, coffee and refreshments.
